Dating back to 1904, the recipe we use for our homemade fudge is classic and time tested, resulting in a fudge so creamy, silky smooth and delicious it melts in your mouth. Our fudge is still cooked by hand, over an open flame in a copper kettle, just like it was over 100 years ago.
